Thank you for stopping by my online portfolio. I'm currently leading a diverse team of designers at Blucora who strive to deliver innovative tax and wealth management products. We focus on delivering financial benefits for three main customers - tax professionals, wealth management advisors, and consumers. Our goal for each segment is to help them realize their best financial outcomes. This entails partnering with multiple functions within the organization to deliver solutions to address our customers’ needs.
Through leveraging design thinking and leaning into a learning mindset we are able to identify the true customer problems that need to be solved. From there we are enabled to earn our customers business by finding own-able solutions that truly meet their needs. Transforming these needs into insights-backed strategies that transform our business in large and small ways.
