Leading Banking Software Strategy + Design

I spent my time at Alkami focused on spearheading several initiatives. In addition to leading a diverse team of designers, I was also awarded the opportunity to direct our product strategy efforts, which included leading a small team to produce our first market segmentation study.

Below you will see one of the artifacts created to map out the credit union space. From this, we were able to identify our primary and secondary segment characteristics.

Alkami Experience Lab

This video highlights the digital presence that I instituted at Alkami Technology. This site resides on our intranet called Midas. Our customers can securely access this site at any time. AXL is a result of a need to gain access to our customers and the end-users that leverage our online banking platform. We needed to find a way to bring this community together to share project information and data, gain access to end-users, and to continue to evangelize our UX program within our ecosystem. This is one small part of AXL, and I hope you find it insightful.
